One of the best videos I have seen! As an iit-jee aspirant, I can completely relate, it's true! When I return home after being tired and standing in public transport, I feel like resting and to chill. But the constant thoughts of achieving my dream, they resist "chilling" and forces me to get back to studies, and ek baar padhne baithgye na firr uthne ka sawal hi paida nhi hota, sometimes it's just about the first step. Rather than saying "koi nahi 5 min insta/yt dekh ke padh lunga", do it right now! Cuz ho skta hai wo 5 mins me tumhara sapna koi aur pura karle, aur usually wo 5 mins exceed hoke 50 mins kab hojate pata hi nahi chalta. So yeah, small small actions you take now, they compound to something amazing and beautiful over a long time, have patience and faith 🩵 I wish everyone the courage and strength to accomplish their goals, Good Luck, you can do it, and you will :)) ✨ And oh btw, you make great videos didi! You stand as an idol and inspiration to many of us, keep hustling! 🔥❤️

Yes, I agree. Padna zaroori hai. But taking care of yourself is just as important. This is coming from someone who has spent a year of their life studying without any break. I was always stressed, low on sleep and had absolutely no energy. My mind wanted to give up, but I just kept pushing till the next day. I would cry everyday while thinking about why I was doing all that. Yes, I have a dream to achieve, but even that felt meaning less. I wondered why I had to sacrifice all my time now for something that I'll achieve in the future. Yes, working hard to secure your future is important, but so is living in the moment. Once I stopped that and started setting a balance, I was a lot happier. My performance was actually better too, and life started to feel like it was worth living. Please remember that nothing is worth more than your health (both mental and physical), and take care of yourself before anything. All the best to everyone trying to achieve their dreams! ❤️ Edit: A few comments are asking how I achieved a balance, so here it is: (Firstly, I was always actively engaged in several activities (inter-house competitions, programs representing our school etc) so it's not like I had less work than you. I always had more because I had to cover up for the classes I missed too. So, just a reminder that time wasn't sufficient for me because I had less work, I just managed it better.) Instead of coming home and starting studying immediately, I used to take a break of an hour and sometimes sleep two. After waking up, I used to finish all my homeworks. If I had time, I would go ahead with studying for tests too, if not I would jump straight to studying whatever was taught that day (by that I mean learning everything by-heart like I would for an exam.) Then, I would wake up early in the morning and study for the tests. This way, I didn't feel overworked, but got the same amount of work done. If you're thinking about sleep, trust me, even if you didn't have any work, I'm sure you would've gotten the same amount of sleep because we all have the habit of staying up late at night. Infact, when you follow the method shown in video, your brain would be asking for some form of entertainment, so you'll end up staying up late on your phone. Another important thing is to utilise weekends well. On Friday, unless you have some events on Saturday/Sunday, I recommend not doing any work. It's a much needed break from the studies. Some start work on Friday to finish it before Sunday. But if we start work immediately, we will infact not complete it like we hoped to because our brain would be reluctant to study given that it's been doing that for the past 5 days. Even if you do manage to complete it before Sunday, it won't feel like relaxation because your mind again travels to Monday. So, relax on Friday, and wake up early on Saturday. Do your work then, and if you're not able to complete it, use the time after lunch (where most people sleep) to finish it. Repeat the same thing for Sunday. So, you'll be able to finish the work and not feel hectic either. Then, the normal studying can be done before lunch or before dinner (because we usually laze around during that time) If it's the weeks before exams, you can use the time usually utilised for studying whatever was taught for completing one chapter a day (Or two days). Another important note: if you don't have the time to study all exam portion once before the exams, do not fixate completely on a few subjects. Do some chapters from all subjects and a few more from the harder ones so and do the rest on the day before the exam. During exams too, I sleep for 1-2 hours after I come home and then get to studying for the exam the next day. I do not recommend pulling all-nighters because it's a vicious cycle of lack of sleep and nothing going into your brain (most of the time. It might work for some) Keep yourself hydrated, have minimal distractions around you, and most importantly, keep yourself motivated. Wether you do that through motivational quotes, thinking about your future or how you scored in the past, it's up to you. Another important aspect for me is making sure I'm not mentally drained out. So every weekend before sleeping, I write down whatever thoughts I've had that week and try to cope with any negative feelings (I'm an army, so listening to motivational BTS songs helps me cope) That's it! Also, just because this worked for me doens't mean it works for you. Formulate a time table by focusing on your moods in different times, how long is your attention span, how much work you have, etc. All the best! Hope we all can achieve our dreams!

Looks like a smart move for lower education. But for higher education this is a bad choice. Some people follow pomodoro technic but this is a big failure if you are doing high contextual study or work. Where your brain goes to some specific level to understand and process data. And this process usually takes almost 15 to 20 min depending on the person. So if you take a break in short period like 30 to 45 min then you have to start from 0 again
@reputationforever13237 ай бұрын
@@gulabpatel7477 Well even in higher education the chapter is divided into topics . So you can complete a topic in like 30 min or however much time it takes and then go relax and think about it and then come back with a fresh mind and revision of the previous topic for the next one .
@gulabpatel74777 ай бұрын
@@reputationforever1323 you should do some research on deep work concept. You will understand what I am trying to explain. By the way I have completed typical studies(College education) almost 10 years ago. So currently I am learning so many concepts and systems as part of my work which needs so much contextual map on mind to understand and process data. Not sure how to apply the deep work concept in college studies or something like only theory based studies. But I think this is the most awesome technique i learnt after so many years to stay updated in my computer science field. Work/Study for longer hours constant and you can do push ups in between to prevent some bad impact on the body, As we sit longer for hours for study

Nothing wrong in checking phone while eating. It's all about balance. Don't promote this concept that only those who study all the time are good rankers. Because they are not. Instead try to spread this to people that no matter how short or long hours you study for, your concentration should be undivided and solid. I have seen people studying whole day and not getting the marks they desired. Whereas I have seen people who read for 5_6 hours a day and are still much above the former type students. Promote this message that you need to rest when your body feels tired and you need to eat when you feel hungry. Sacrificing sleep, right food and excercise only to study is never going to take you to your target. It's time that you realise that. Farq aise nehi bante, kuch aaadato se banti hai. Aur bwahat choti choti aadatein hai, koi pahaar nehi chadhna hota. Bas thodi si consistancy chahiye hoti hai, doesn't matter aap kis exam ke liye jaa rahe ho.

After attending school for 8 hours nd travelling we do need rest but still you're saying study study study..that's not how it works mam..so everyone out there don't feel demotivated or guilty on taking rest of not studying for 20 hours out of 24 hours..what actually matters is get to know your learning teachnique..some learn by reading nd some by understanding so find your learning techniques..nd don't get so influenced by these misleading influencers...yeh bs hume apna routine bta rhe h jaruri nhi h kii hum bhi whi apnaye. Aapko jo accha lgta h use stydy ke pressure m aake mt sacrifice kijiye bcz we all only live once.. so chill-relax nd study.. Or agr aap relate kr paa rhe ho toh like kr do comment.. Bcz M ek dum chill or relax hoke pdhti hu nd I got 96% in my mid- terms(9th class) ... If she says or means that we should not use phone etc in our routine then, she should realise that we would also not be able watch her videos so please use some sense before making videos..

It's not the matter of choice. But the matter of burning desire. If you have desire, choices are made itself. Without desire you don't know what you are doing and what you should do.
