I would love to see a Dusty Springfield wig! She had such an iconic look - looks really...the huge bob, the updo, the mile high teasing w/hairpieces out the back, the Burt Bacharach specials...oh my! I had her picture on my wall in highschool, I thought she was so fab even tho' she was before my time, she was ahead of hers!

The Burning Bed was also extremely controversial in that it put domestic violence in the spotlight. It’s hard to believe but most people didn’t believe domestic violence was an issue. So to put it in the face of America and with the iconic Farrah Fawcett was ground breaking.

When Cheryl Ladd came on to Charlie’s Angels she had a T-Shirt made that said Farrah Fawcett-Minors as a play on Farrah Fawcett-Majors (she hyphenated when she married Lee because he was a fragile man) and it was Cheryl’s way of breaking the ice with the other girls and making a joke about her coming in to play Jill’s little sister and also showing respect to Farrah’s choice to quit and that nobody could replace her.

Two things about Farrah. Near the end of her life, I believe after an intense medical session, her son was in trouble. that woman did everything she could just to get on a plane to go see her boy. She loved him greatly. Another interesting thing was farrah's son and her step son were very close. I can't remember what the incident was but the stepson's father was so mad he wouldnt let the two see eachother for a while. it was really sad. also this same stepbrother i had no idea was the prankster from the original April fools day horror film. He played the cousin who turned out to be Muffy's brother at the end of the film.
