Hi Stephanie! I love your channel and am a weekly viewer but this is my first time commenting. Well that new washer won’t last long. My last top of the line Maytag washer lasted 3 years. The transmission in it (who knew there was one of those) went out. Their warranty wouldn’t cover it. Technician said washers lasted about 5 years now. 😳Needless to say I was not happy and won’t buy another Maytag. So I bought a simple speed queen and love it ! Thanks for your videos and I just wanted for forewarn you of my experience just in case you are looking at Maytag. Love your Beautiful calm serene sitting room.

Oh I do love that T shirt fabric on you 🥰. You look so happy now with the perfect V! I have started to lower my armholes as well a centimetre as I hate something being tight under the arms. Broken up withDBP 😂 , I could hear all your DBP garments in your closet sobbing when you said that 😢😂. You will definitely have more washer and dryers as they are built to only last 8-10 years now whereas they used to last 20+ years!! I see another 3 in you at least ❤. We need smelly vision as that sourdough looks scrumptious 🥰. That sitting room looks so pretty. Thanks so such a fun video as always cx

Hi there, I really like your top, so cute! I save the extra parts of my pattern paper too! Great suggestion to trace off your patterns to more sturdy paper. I will check out the Wawak website for pattern paper. I enjoyed your video and love that you are sewing with natural fibers. Happy sewing!

I really appreciate Karina's showing and telling us about her basting. I do plenty of hand basting for all kinds of reasons. On wovens, I'll handbaste set-in sleeves and necklines that seem at all complicated. - Kelly

That's the cutest sunny room! I know I will never have another front loader washer ever again. Love my top loader! It is scary when you realize the years ahead are way too short compared to the years already lived. 😬

Love your new top and the color. Was wondering how you store your traced patterns. My sewing room is small so I have been folding mine and putting in large envelopes. I too love Karina.

Karina from lifting pins and needles is absolutely amazing! Your top looks great! 👍🏼 I have the top load machine and I love it. I did have one that was a front load and I really did not like it.

Speed Queen washer. Cost more but will last a long time. It's what they use in laundry mat.

Ahhhh Katrina.... And her basting. I watched and dismissed "the basting" for awhile, but then capitulated. And all projects come out so much better. It's become "standard operating procedures" now. I baste tricky situations all the time. I wonder how many other long term lazy sewists she converted.

Hi Stephanie, for your static t-shirts, after washing, make sure you rinse in fabric softener. This eliminates the static in the fabric and makes it wearable.

Katrina is great. I have followed her video to do a v neck. Yes, have your daughter teach us about sour dough. Sometimes mine is sour tasting and sometimes it isn’t. I need tips!

One thing I have with my washer is lots of cycles, like Delicate, and Hand Wash. I can wash anything in that sucker.
