People say, "Fz25 , have only 5 gears.. I am suprised to see, "Gixxer 250 crusing at 104kmph on 6th gear at 6,700rpm" whereas, "Fz25 cruising at 103kmph on 5th gear at 6,500 rpm" (And yes, both are on theit last gear so) Throttle anyfurther, both engines are going to take a hard task, than what's the use of that 6th gear on Gixxer & Why taunting Fz25 for only 5 gears 😂😂😂. Same goes for NS, Apache, Gixxer vs Fz25.. No Doubt other bikes have much high speed, But at what cost!? at 8000+ rpm right? It will damage the engine badly for long run Even Fz25 can go at that speed on that rpm . And for how much time will you use that high speed, af 8000+ rpm which will vibrate all your bones? . And for comparing refinement, I bet at 8000+ rpm Other bikes will vibrate much much much more then Fz25.. . The biggest advantage of Fz25, bigger engine less heating

Now the price of Fzs25 reduces Rs.19000/-(approx.) lesser than before the price. So, I think this is the best affordable 250cc Naked Tourer motorcycle, which competes with Pulsar NS 200 and Apache RTR 200 4V. And for 250cc motorcycle, this would be the best affordable motorcycle, it won't able to compete with other 250cc motorcycles. Before that Yamaha FZ25 & FZS25 bs6 bikes were not selling before the BS4 FZ25, because of overpriced. So, Yamaha had done a great job regarding to Customers feedback, which some of the FZ25 lovers can't able to afford because of this Issue. Hats off to @YamahaMotorIndia for reducing the price of FZ25 & FZS25 on behalf of BS6 emission norms... 🤝🤝🤝🤝👏👏👏👏👏

I own BS4, FZ25 and I fully agree with you that it is not as the 250 cc should have been, especially out on the highway and after 70 -80 Kph speeds. I was totally disappointed after getting it, first six months I struggled to get around 100 kph speed on a bit crowdy high way , I had to take it to a stretch specially to get to know if can go above 100. That itself is bad thing. Suzuki engines as well as Gear Boxes are much smoother and better. it got slightly better (smoother) after only 4th service. In city drive you feel comfortable and better. it is strictly for city use, the moment you go out on high way second thoughts come to you, why you bought it. Good brakes for sure

9500 rpm 3rd takes too 96 😅 And top speed is 145🙄at 9500rpm I've done 137 I've bs4 variant And yes grip is issue with mrf tyre ...I've switched to Michelen PSR and front fork oil changed to more thick motul oil that made front heavy ✌️
