The joke is oddly enough fitting for Guilty Gear however. The Valentine sisters (Elphelt, Jack-O, and Ramlethal) shown in this video for example are not human. They are Gears, which are living weapons that resemble humans but are not. So despite looking like full grown adults, they were "born" looking they way they do now. They do not age. So they could be 1, 10 or even 100 years old and they would look the exact same.
