Damn, to be fair I'm not even in fashion school but my dream since 2018 was being a fashion designer, I want to create something unique and thanks to you I got motivation and inspiration to make it happen, there is a lot to learn but thank god you exist. hey! do you have any twill rendering recommendations? Should I just colour it flat or add the twill texture of how its woven? since it still doesn´t have the same texture as denim.

Most twills that don't have a contrast warp yarn (like denim does) doesn't show enough texture to render. My test is to put up a swatch, step back about 8 feet, and render what you see. When you "shrink" a fabric down to fashion illustration size, you won't see every detail. Keep in mind that one also expresses fabric by drawing the correct kinds of folds and drapes.

It's pretty much the same except no blue. Add grey shadows, add twill texture using a very light, skinny graphite pencil...
