Liyani Bernier actually jlo is more natural than most girls in the business. She’s practically the same face and body as when she first came out which suggest no plastic surgery. She does get the best skin treatments and spa with massage. Other girls don’t look the same which suggest plastic surgery. Take a look at Nicki donatella, Kylie Kim. All had so much face surgery and look different. Jlo still looks the same.

A few women naturally have tighter n more mass of muscles in their body like jLo. This type of body dont need physical training that much and it will last till u got old. Mine is also that kinda type, i dont do physical training a lot, just reguler cycling twice a week. Ladies who massage my body often say how tight the muscles are, rarely found in other women.
