I've been admiring the Barbour jackets for quite some time now maybe it's time to go try some on. You looked great on your cruise. You showed an adorable travel outfit and you were posing with a carry-on and personal item only. With the stylish looks you showed in Europe you had to travel with more luggage than that.

I like the Talbots cardigan on you most of all, the white underneath is fresh too. Is nice with the chosen pants chosen. Pls love you in the silk pyjamas, very flattering and of course comfortable. My quince sweatshirt style shrunken cashmere is great, I recommend it. Good shape for us. Prices are perfect.

I just came home from a Mediterranean cruise with a connecting flight through Paris. Most of our plane spoke French. The one fashion item I noticed was EVERYONE wore scarves. Our guide complained because it was so hot he had to remove his scarf

Hello Beth. Thanks for showing us outfit inspiration. There is something I like so much about those plaid pants. I did try them on at Talbots, but I was hesitant to purchase them. Is this a style of pant that is considered classic? Will I wear them year after year? You look fabulous in them. The only other thing is that they are NOT high-waisted and those styles fit me best. I live in Florida. It’s summer all year round. I do enjoy your fashions, though. I thought I saw you wearing a leather jacket at the beginning of this video. But after watching the video I don’t think it was leather. It may have been the dark pea coat. I’m a cashmere and leather snob. Anything cashmere belongs to me. And even though I live in Florida I will still drag out my leather. We’ve had a cold snap for several weeks so out come the cashmere and leather. I was born and raised in Ohio so I love fall and winter clothes. My son and daughter in law always get winter clothes for Christmas. I purchased a leather blazer for my other daughter in law for Christmas. So I get my fall and winter fix by purchasing for my extended family. My oldest son lives here in Florida and loves the all round summer. I’m divided about the weather. I disliked driving in the cold and snow of Ohio, but I loved to see a beautiful snow. Especially at night.

When was the last time you were there? Everyone, and I mean every European wears sneakers, including white ones. Yep, even Parisians. And that’s been the case for the last decade. Besides, I am American and proud of it! But sneakers are so much more sophisticated than they used to be and comfortable. I guess we all wised up that style and comfort can go hand in hand.

I love Theory, Talbots not so much. Talbots designs for a certain figure type, with enormous hips and thighs, which doesn’t work for me. Plus, even though I always check my measurements and the size chart, everything is always at least a size too big. Vanity Sizing - it makes shopping more difficult.

Definitely check out J.McLaughlin. But, when was the last time you tried Talbots? You might notice a difference.

I would give Talbots another go. I have neither big hips nor thighs and Talbot pants fit me well in my usual size. Maybe go in a store and try some sizes on. They really have classic pieces.
