Your body changes because of lies and bad food. I am 58 and love my skinny jeans high top sneakers and what ever else I love to wear . My age will never dictate what I wear. Age gives us the right to dress how we want. The last thing i want at my age is a rule book in what to wear. ... I ditched the bra and panties years ago as well . Peace

I just can’t get on board with leopard 🐆. Also, tiered dresses/ skirts and puffy sleeves are a no. I find them juvenile.

Most of the fall trends are traditional staples for me, except burgundy. BTW oxblood has more brown in it than burgundy.

Just to clarify...burgundy and oxblood are both dark red colors, but they have different hues: Burgundy: A cool shade of dark red with a lot of purple. Oxblood (aka cordovan): A balance of warm and cool tones with a deep brown base and less purple than burgundy.

I wear skirts or dresses nearly everyday, year-round. I never found any reasonably-fitting or comfortable jeans or trousers, except for leggings and joggers, after fifty years of searching, my figure is just too straight. But, I generally don’t want to wear leggings/joggers out and about, they’re too casual for my style. My California climate is a mild one, but even in colder climates, knit dresses or warm skirts can be worn in autumn and spring with tights and boots. If you love them, wear them!

The ox-blood trend is my favorite this year. I have some gorgeous pieces from ankle boots to a leather jacket I wore in the 90’s. It’s going be a great autumn! 🍂

I like ankle boots, or mid-calf boots, with skirts and dresses, too. I mostly wear knee-highs, or thigh-highs with mini skirts, but I like the way my skinny legs look in dresses and skirts with shorter boots, too. It’s not the most visually lengthening look on petite me, so I often wear the skirt or dress, shorter-shaft boots and tights in the same color, or a close one if not an exact match. Not everything we wear has to conform to recent trends.

I am so happy leopard print, red and burgundy are trending. I love skirts too. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds (still more to go) so I am trying to not add too many things as I will be going down more sizes, but I am definitely tempted by all the nice clothes out there. Maybe I’ll concentrate on accessories because they don’t depend on size. Thanks for another great video!
