Great video! Over here in the U.S. we still go strong with pumpkin through Thanksgiving. Which is the last week in Nov. We still go to Fall festivals up to Thanksgiving. We basically are in pumpkin mode since the beginning of Oct.

I have deboned, stuffed and rolled my own turkey yearly for Christmas for over 7 years and it is SO MUCH easier on the day of Christmas and ALWAYS delicious!!! I follow the video from Scott Rea on how to debone a turkey!

Omg, I bought mince pies the other day and when I got home I said to my hubby, are you ready for the mince pie challenge. I hope you do it again this year 😂 Siiting room has really come together, the red couch brightens it, with the lamps and cushions and then the new rug is so neutral and soft in there. What a beautiful dinner setting in your charming greenhouse. I love the Portmeirion dinnerware. My mouth was watering looking at the amazing meal, especially while hungry. Over here across the pond we still have Thanksgiving to celebrate before I put out all the Christmas decor (although I am tempted to start now).

Just FYI I have always used a small paring knife to cut pumpkins. You get more leverage that way and are less likely to get the knife stuck. I have been doing it this way for 40yrs and never had a problem with a pumpkin. Learned this from my mum.

I am lucky I have never had to worry about my derriere as I used to cycle and walk so much and did not drive until my 40's and continue to walk and am not a sedentary person. I recommend cycling and you and Charlie would love it I am sure - out in the country lanes away from traffic or off road would be ideal.
