You might have to convert from US measurements but here is my very favorite Lemon Zucchini (courgette) bread/cake recipe. 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 cups sugar, zest of 2 large lemons, 3 large eggs, 1 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups grated zucchini. Combine the sugar and lemon zest rub together with fingers until fragrant. Add eggs, olive oil, lemon juice and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well it will be thick. Add zucchini and mix well. Pour into 2 loaf pans or 1 bundt pan. Bake 60-65 min at 325 degrees fahrenheit. You can stick a toothpick in it and pull it out if it comes out clean it's done. Let cool on rack. Drizzle with glaze. Glaze is 2 cups powder sugar, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon whisked together. Enjoy!

I was feeling anxiety all day for some reason, to the point of a knot in my tummy. The golden hour walk in the garden really helped me let go of it and calm down 52:33, I think it should be a regular thing. I think the Lime tree is an orange tree and the fruit will get bigger and ripe in winter. But we both could have it wrong. My son bought me a Lime tree that turned out to be a Lemon tree. Citrus is great in cakes. I'm loving Nigella's chocolate and orange cake from Feast. Its gluten free and the oranges cook for two hours and everything blends together. It keeps really well and tastes like Jaffa's.

Just a thought Josie, I’m sure you’ve already thought and planned about who walks you ‘down the aisle’ but in case you haven’t I just wanted to say as my dad died when I was 3 I really wanted my mum to give me away and although it wasn’t traditional I made it happen and now she’s not here either it’s such a lovely memory. My uncle (her brother) walked my sister down the aisle but it didn’t feel right for me. I know you are very close to your mum too so maybe you’ve already thought of this. Josie, your dahlias are gorgeous, and the water Lilly flowers are a beautiful surprise. Your lighting will look so nice, can't wait to see it. I think your cake looks nice and I bet it is yummy.
