This is my first 21 days fast... I started today, two days later then my church, House of Destiny family church. I know prayer and fasting helps us win spiritual battles. I once went on a seven days fast consuming water, herbal teas and pure apple juice as per Dr. Miles Munro's advice, I won the battle and my aunt was saved from cancer. I pray for strength day after day to be faithful and make it to the 30th of January. I am praying for a closer relationship with God, finishing my Master's degree, a new job and financial freedom.

Pastor JF, that was an awesome msg about fasting. It adds more value to a genuine fasting with all ur heart. WHAT SHOULD I GIVE UP FOR LENT? MEAT? SWEETS? CHOCOLATE? ICE CREAM? BEVERAGES ? MEAT? Many of us try to be more disciplined for Lent and give up something that we really like. That’s great! Fasting has always been an important tradition of Lent. Facts! God used me to cast out marine demons on many occasions because I fast and pray often, and everything the Man of God said, even the scripture he used, the song they sang in the end is where God led me over the past few months as in the closing of last year and into this year and I live all the way in Guyana... wow, wow, the confirmations, I am so blessed by this. Make the sacrifice Saints of God, He is no respecter of persons, He will use any available vessel that surrenders to Him.
