If you delete the govner on an engine you should replace the flywheel with a higher rpm flywheel otherwise eventually it could form cracks and explode like shrapnel and that’s dangerous 😂

Have you ever considered adding multiple gears to a bike's rear sprocket, similar to those on mountain bikes or bicycles? This could provide quicker acceleration with lower gears and allow for smoother transitions to higher speeds

Do slide carb intake, exhaust, smaller rear sprocket and larger cam should get you close to 50 mph, for engine swap use tillotson 225 or predator 224/ predator 212 ghost

I have a Coleman b200r complete custom. It has a 212 predictor ghost racing engine in it. The ghost is pretty built from factory so I think it could handle some nitros.

You can put a smaller rear sprocket on it and depending how small of sprocket you out on can pick up another 10 to 20 mph

How to get rid of govenor without opening the engine case. But after the lever starts retracting just push it back down withvsomething until it doesnt try to go back anymore Do at ur own risk im pretty sure it just breaks the plastif gear so it doesnt work.

One of the best mini bikes I ever owned back in the day was the "Motovox MBX12" they sold at sears. With only the governor delete and bigger carb with a jet kit I got that baby up to 60-65mph! Loved that bike until the cops wanted to be dicks and impound it, making it lost forever. Not to mention that bike was only like 2-3 weeks old so basically "Brand New" and barely broken in!

sucks you got a 100 ive built those motors and know youll need a 196 or 212 to make it fast but i dont even think a 212 will fit that is a tiny mini bike but you could put a slide carb and exhaust on it will help a bit but that 100 sucks ima be real like a 196 you can put amazon billet parts on it for cheap and make 14horse power and you need a new coil to delete the governor fully with the stock carb dont do it but if you have a 19mm it will probably rev up to 7500rpms i made a budget build had a 24mm carb heavy springs cheap cam with more deration and it revved up to 8200rpms before the stock rod blew up

There is one more thing you can do to make it go like it's a bat out of hell down the road grab a wire stiff wire and go from the governor arm to the throttle arm and you'll get some power I do it to all my 4-stroke builds and I currently got a snowblower ass and on the back of my scooter and it is fast as fuck 😊
