you need that "baffle" for the exhaust to function as an expansion chamber. without it you loose alot of power
@gabrielpinhao645917 күн бұрын
Those are very poorly dimensioned, taking them out actually helps.
@Joshtheweatherman13 күн бұрын
On a 4-stroke, it's true. But on most 2-strokes, having no baffle will actually gain more power. Most 2-stroke race bikes don't even come with baffles from the factory. So an aftermarket exhaust is kinda pointless.
@Styphoryte6 сағат бұрын
@@Joshtheweatherman So true, I figured this out very quickly on my 4-stroke after taking the baffle out. Not as much oomph nearly. I thought so at first, but in my head, it was only louder. I think this is a Suzuki DRZ-125L nice pit bike, good size for my first bike for sure. It wasn't as big as a regular 250 dirtbike, but just a tiny bit smaller probably the best to learn on tbh. Kinda miss it, that thing could basically climb any hill I threw at it...

Motorized bikes are the best dude. So cheap, highly customizable, tons of performance, awesome hobby. An actual solid mode of transportation too. It's actually pretty straightforward, just watch some in depth videos on how to do it. Just get a large frame bike if you can, not to hate but this bike was janky especially without being able to pedal 😂

That engine is screwed. You guys need to break those motors in! I literally just bought a pexmor 100cc a month ago and the break in is vital!! I’ve since then moded everything you can and ported and polished mine and changed sprockets. Mine does 60+ mph now.

I know how stupid you leave the chain on and then at least if it breaks down you can still pedal it home. These things can be hard to start sometimes especially when they have a few hours on them and you're starting them cold definitely so much easier to be able to pedal start it.
@krossmellow9434Күн бұрын
@@fadedbreads No it doesn't. It's the way most bikes are designed. Now there are probably bikes out there that it would but all that I have seen or had no that does not happen.

You still need the peddle side chain to get started. Think moped... Also those wheels are going to make you wreck at speed. When you start feeling the heat on your arse pull over. It is your rear axle heating up and will snap and High side you. Speaking from experience 🤙🏻 🚴🏻♂️💨✨
@JB_Lego26 күн бұрын
Damn my bearings are just a little worn from going 50+km/h
@Zane.Wellnitz26 күн бұрын
@@JB_Lego I was going 60mph and slowed down to 45 when I was feeling the heat. That's when my axle snapped and half of it fell out of the bike. The wheel started violently wobbling and I took it into the grass and that is when the wheel flopped to the right and steered me to the left which high sided me onto my right side. Slingshotted me. I bought a set of Gemini's to stop that issue from ever happening again.🤙🏻 🚴🏻💨✨ ✨🇺🇲✨✝️🙏🏻✝️✨🇺🇲✨

@TimpBizkit12 күн бұрын
@@Zane.Wellnitz all my bicycles have been stable into the 40s. I haven't found any safe downhill to get them any faster. A Scott Voltage MX3, Giant Yukon, Saracen Helix and some Viking Race. The bearing did eventually go in the Scott but I rode it a lot - a few thousand miles with a bafang kit - and the replacement wheel was good. A bit blustery at 47 mph due to the wind but no speed wobbles or mechanical issues. Also is the heat of a bad bearing even noticeable above the engine or simply using a back brake? Potholes however. Killed a rim hitting one at 35 mph. Nearly threw me off the bike! Thankfully on the Scott with tough beater rims with 36 spokes and not the dainty Saracen road bike.

keep the stock chain on that's how you're supposed start it. you pedal to speed and slowly start adding in throttle to allow the engine to get warm first bump starting can seize the piston. you're supposed to pedal to assist the engine while it's warming up to lubricate the piston

It has to be broken in before using nitrous and u need to b at top end speed before using nitrous so the piston doesn't explode and the nitrous kit needs to be attached to the intake for a better performance gain

I beg you to buy another 2 engines and mount all three of them on a single bike. You will need welding, but I am sure that is no issue for you. You can mount them over or behind the rear wheel, connect all of the engines to a new axle with chains and then connect the new axle to the wheel using a single chain.

Did you make the fuel mix any richer for the NOS? More oxygen = more fuel to go with it. Do you have any two stroke oil in there, cause if you don't it will kill the engine. Also, the left brake is the front in America? Weird.

You should get rid of the old sprockets front and rear, and then get rid of them peddles and weld some pegs cause there isnt really a point in pedals. Also I am getting a 50cc 2 stroke kit for a small supercycle. I have got rid of the front sprocket and am leaving the rear. It is almost done 😄

A little history. This engine was created after WWII in Ukraine (then part of the USSR), after which it was produced in Kharkov and later in Leningrad. In the 2000s, the Chinese copied it, changed the volume and shape of the cylinder, removed the spool intake, and installed electronic ignition. But the shape of the body, its dimensions, clutch, and drive sprocket remained from the original from the 50s, made in the USSR. Live with it.
