How did you get a Brazilian SIM card? I heard you need to have a cpf to get one? If so how did you get a cpf?

They are easy to get. Local gov office has em .

Yes, that's true. It's not as easy as it used to be. Some official stores like TIM or Claro activate it for you using your passport

People there are very friendly but unfortunately they don't speak English and it can be a little overwhelming. It is recommended that you have a guide there is communication gets a little difficult. Hopefully you enjoy your time there. Great Video. Thank you for visiting my country.

What? Why'd you have to go to the immigration office and get a stamp and pay for a visa? I read there is no border control here. I'm so confused.

There is no visa fee since late 2021. The stamp is to stay in the country legally upto 3mos. Thanks for watching.

There is but it's not necessary to get stamped if you're just going for a day trip or shopping
