Hmmm... Where to start..lol. Lets see now...definite shades of the " west coast " sound , made popular by the likes of the Owens, Haggards , Stuarts , and later the Jennings and so on.. need i say more on that part , of this particular subject ??? Im thinking , not..now , for me personally I can close my eyes , and hear ( and even vision, any number of these guys ) Albert Lee...Brent Mason...Ray Flacke ( who outside of Mason , is probably my all around " go to " favorite )...and James Burton just to name a few. There are more ofc , but for the sake of space ( and boredom ) ill spare you the other 100 plus...jk, jk lol... but that fast , clean , smooth finger picking , does indeed remind me of those guys so much.. !!! And yes, while I can certainly tell you do have ur " own style " that you can lay claim to , that type of picking , will always and regardless of who is doing said picking, will remind me of such... idk if ur currently employed, looking to be , wanting and or needing time off or away , but for REALLY GOOD ( a.k.a. YOU ) guitar pickers/players , are always in high demand, when it comes to music , never mind the type. I should know.. i was " self taught " as they say.. and when it became show time , I only THOUGHT i could play. The audience let me know real quick , that i couldn't. But i didn't give up...i got better. And honestly , not a little bit. A whole lot better. But I went from out front , to behind the singer lol.. i never threw myself to " the wolves " after that..anyway, my ending point is , ur really good my friend and would like to hear more from you, in a good environment, so to speak. Do you play in a band ?? Have anything out ?? On any cuts , for someone else maybe ?? Lmk at ur convenience , if possible... was good to hear that picking btw...was it that ur playing ?? A Tele ?? A Strat ?? I couldn't tell tbh... anyway, sounded great..hagd my friend and many blessings to you 🙏.. ...please bear in mind everyone...these comments are solely mine, and mine alone.
