I am just working on my very first Scrap Crazy quilt and I have to say that it is SO easy and SO much fun!! Deb's tutorial really helps it all make sense!! This was the very FIRST TIME I've ever seen hardly any waste on a 10 inch block piece of fabric. WOW! That's great! I'm not a fan of crazy quilts, but may try this. I also would rename these quilts to: "Picasso's Pieces". It reminded me of his paintings. Wish I were back in Texas. I miss it every single day!!! Thanks for sharing. L :)

The quilt looks wonderful. My problem is that I have to buy a layer cake and not real scraps AND buy a template ruler. It seems to take the scrap out of scrap quilts. I do love the channel. I’ll keep working on it.

Try making a “Crumb Quilt” with your existing scraps. You can search for instructions on tube. It is a great solution for scraps you already have. I think the scrap quilt she is showing in this video is a great solution if you have layer cakes you don’t know what to do with, though. Looks good.
