Awww Jane... gorgeous look. But all those things should easy take more than one hour for me. Personally I don't use powder. Not much foundation either. This is such a gorgeous look with so much detail. I'd never have thought it could be done so quickly, but seeing is believing! My fastest look is done in about five minutes and it's VERY simple. It's called "Bus Face" because it gets me out the door in time to catch my bus when I'm running late. Bus Face consists of the following: moisturizer, under-eye treatment, foundation, black eyeliner, white and silver smoky eye shadow, waterproof mascara, eyebrows, under-eye concealer, lipstick, and that's it. Each step has to take 30 seconds or less. Nothing fancy, but it gets me to work on time! I prefer to be more relaxed, but sometimes life dictates otherwise (especially when I keep hitting that snooze button :)

Great video jane & love the purples💜 I've watched your how to put liner & wings on (i have crepey lids & slightly hooded eyes) & it's brill for my age & skin. I would love to see you do another jewellery craft video or a silent movie star b&w look. The women in those old b&w films to me always looked gothy & glam & ridiculously gorgeous. Wow! You look fabulous... and you've created this look in just under 30 minutes! At the half hour mark, I'll be about halfway finished with my face. Then I'll have to style my hair, get dressed and out the door before 8am on most days. Makes me tired just thinking about it! I wish I could pull off the "no brow" look like you Jane. I've tried it, but it just doesn't suit me. That would be a real time saver for me... I rarely go out, or wear makeup when I'm not working, but your videos inspire me.

That was amazing for only taking 29 minutes and it looks really pretty :) Do you find that using the powder goes into the creases at all? I only use creams at this time except for my eyeshadow (whenever I even do makeup); because the powders that I have used always seem to accentuate my creases, wrinkles :( I love the way you have been doing your hair lately; very pretty

Thank you! I use the most finely milled powder I can find and it usually stays uncreased for a good while (with setting spray)

I’m sorry I’m so behind! You did this in half an hour, I’m sending you a pic that took me half an hour & looks like poo! Worse, all I did was eyeliner & lipstick😮. What I’d love to see if possible is a classic, messy black smokey eye (like we did way back too many decades ago😉) done super fast.
