Even the most loyal, fast food ears are cutting back, tremendously on how many times they visit their favorite fast food, restaurants per month due to the shockingly high increase in prices. This is likely going to have a major impact on the economy, moving forward as more fast food, chain struggle to stay in business.

Would love for you to do a video on the sanctions the US has thrown on countries that only result in higher prices for us all or backfire and hurt our own industries. Examples, sanctions on Venezuela oil has restricted oil supply thus increasing its price. Or sanctions on China in the microchip sector that has pushed the largest market in the world from being able to buy chips made by western countries to producing their own and selling them to the rest of the world.

Problem is some people don't always have time or energy to cook healthier foods. And often don't have the budget. Eating healthier is expensive. Not to mention some people have to deal with food deserts, which apparently are created to incentivise people to settle for fast food. Its faster, its arguably cheaper, and of course friggin delicouse. And to some extent, some people lack health education.

Walk through a grocery store and take a look at what people have in the cart. If you think they are buying healthy food look again. What is in fast food? bread beef cheese fish chicken eggs sausage bacon lettuce tomatoes onions pickles french fried potatoes and hash browns. Now price those items in a grocery store. Go on. do it. Yeah you pay for the labor cost what do you expect? Fast food employs millions, lots of them are kids getting their first work experience. Lots of inner city kids need the free meal, and take home the waste at the end of the shift to bring home to the family. McDonalds has a free GED online if they quit school, and free online management degrees that can be used to give them a leg up Hundreds of thousands of kids get a free step up if they want it. A store manager tops out at fifty grand a year currently. imagine a young couple getting a chance to make 100 grand a year after two years of working at fast food and taking online courses. For FREE.

You dont want to feel the actual heat though, in about a month it will be absolutely brutal. Every damn year in Fl its gotten worse. Its unlivable 4-5 months out of the year. Why live somewhere that you have to stay inside so much. Even the evenings are disgusting. Moving to northern climate in the midatlantic was the best decision i ever made. The nature and cool fresh air from forests are just spectacular. A good week in Feb of ass kicking heat is perfect. I get why so many take vacations in February.

In 1923 Germany a loaf of bread cost 200 billion marks and 4,210,500,000,000 Marks equaled $1 dollar. Don't think it can't happen here. Food will soon cost Americans a days wage if they able to get any food at all. Don't be worried though, the politicians will still get to eat all the apples and drink all the milk.

The customer service at the Las Vegas McDonald's and Dunkins are horrendous with the inflated prices. They expect you to use a credit or debit card at a kiosk. If you want to pay with cash or expect customer service at the lobby, their attitude is that you can pound sand.

There's a vid on youtube that shows McD's is doing away with the cashiers. You either order at the ONE kiosk or use the app. If you order on the app and go through drive thru you don't even encounter a person. I don't know what happens if you forget something or its not correct. But at least you don't have to deal with attitude, either.

These are franchises. Like any franchise, they have guidelines as to how their restaurants should be run. Just like car dealers, the factory sets MSRP. It's up to the individual owners to turn a profit based on those guidelines. The owner still has to deal with rent, utilities, maintenance, and insurance. Throw in wages, workman's comp, payroll taxes, one has no idea how much an owner's profit margin is.
