The chicken nuggets you can get at Pizza Hut are better than the ones you can get from McDonald's. We had pizza with peperoni, chicken nuggets, strips of bacon, stuffed crust and a ranch sauce. Seriously, I wasn't hating on carbs. I was pointing out that those foods were specifically loaded with each thing. I was pointing out how ridiculous those foods were because they were in complete and utter excess. I'm not an idiot, I study nutrition. So I know that carbs are complex sugars that your body breaks down into energy. Carbs are better than straight sugar because they take time to break down and give you lasting energy. But when you eat to much then your body doesn't break it all down and it turns into fat. I'm not stupid. But you completely misunderstood my post.
