you can get 16 a day if you get exalted with the tillars (which is a 10 day farm of dailies about 10min/day).should be enough spirits :P

ahh damn we cant farm togather lol. these are good for the leather but the insect guys with wings drop harmonies alot more often i forget what there called kazix or something weird like that.
