Actors have to memorize scripts that constantly change and some time change with little or no notice, they have to remember to convey certain facial expressions and body language at certain times and not appear to force them, they have to touch and kiss and appear to be genuinely in love with people they don't like or who may even disgust them, they have to totally bury feelings of pressure, disagreements, or personal tragedies going on in their lives. Furthermore they have to endure often working long hours months at a time, sometimes in inhospitable environments, and maybe even working while they are sick. Perhaps the worst part of acting is having all eyes on you all the time - both on and off set - and people always wanting to talk to you, contact you, shake your hand, or take their picture with you. To me acting is not only hard - but it sucks!
