the way they did 4,5 and 6 as prequels to Tokyo Drift was pretty dumb tbh, I think they wrote Tokyo Drift well on its own but them trying to tie it all up with Tokyo Drift because they killed off Han, then Vin Diesel saying Han used to ride with him in the closing credits was what messed the writing up then they resurrected Han 2 or 3 times after it. ( I stopped watching F&F after 7 so idk what happens after it.) also the director said that including The Rock is what turned the franchise into what it is today.
