The 1st movie was about a cop going undercover to find and take down the criminals who were hijacking tractor trailers. 2 was about taking down a drug lord. 3 was, well, 3. A teenage misfit who keeps getting in trouble and ends up moving to Tokyo to live with his father, and ends up finding family in a group of people who drift. This one would be the closest one "being about street racing" but even then, I consider it more of being about trying to "find a place and people to call home and family
