Baking made from this dough does not go stale, it remains soft, tender, the dough is really fluffy!) During Lent, I cook literally everything from this dough, pies, donuts, flatbreads, plain and with fillings, buns.
Recipe:
- coconut cream 290 ml. (1 full glass)
- flour 300 gr. (2 not full glasses)
- salt 1/3 tsp.
- sugar 2 tbsp.
- dry yeast 5 gr. (1 tbsp not full)
After 50 min. knead the dough, after another 50-60 minutes the dough will be ready.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 185°C
