That’s insane!!! It’s the best sound I’ve ever heard from a 1200RR on KZbin. Could you share more details about the exhaust? I’d love to see more videos from you-this is absolutely amazing!

Thank you very much for your comment mate. The exhaust is a custom made under tail exhaust and uses two Racefit end cans. I honestly don’t think it’s possible to get another one of these exhausts made, but Racefit standard speed triple RR exhaust will sound brilliant and I highly recommend their exhaust. As soon as the weather gets a bit better I’ll be out on this bike a lot!

Racefit says they are too busy for another custom like this which is too bad bc this would sell well

Wow, congrats on the upgrade, man! Really happy for you. I'd love to ride that bike one day, unfortunately Triumph did not bring it to Brazil, so most I can get is the Street 765. :(

Thank you mate that means a lot! If you do ever get the chance it’s such a great bike but that’s such a shame it’s not available in Brazil. But the street triple RS I’d say is the best bike triumph make and I’m looking and getting one of those to upgrade from the Trident.

Pure sound. Never thought it sounded this good. I got the zard slip-on on mine. And it still has the cat. Yours sounds different. I also did the DNK software and a sprint filter. 🔥🔥🔥 Q: how did you mount the quad lock?

Very nice mate! I’ve got a custom full system on here using racefits exhaust with no cat or db killer so it’s quite loud. How do you find the dnk ecu flash? I’m tempted to do it myself. And the quad lock is using a fork stem mount 👍

@@SebEastersBikesThe flash is quite potent. Only gives you little HP gains. But it removes all the restriction. It becomes very aggressive. Did you use a new stem nut or you just drilled a hole onto the original one? Coz I noticed they don’t make hollow stem nuts.

Yeah that’s kind of what I’d like from the trident so I think I will flash the ecu soon. And I didn’t actually fit the quad lock on this bike, Thornton Hundred did so you could have a look on their website for one or you might just have to use another quad lock mount that will fit. I’ll go have a look at how mine is fitted later and let you know.

Thanks mate! And yeah it actually got a bit more over 140”kph”. Might’ve been 161”kph”. But that’s the only annoying thing I find with Triumph, the bikes seem to be capped so an ecu flash might be on the cards

@SebEastersBikes Pro tip as a fellow Speed RR rider. 6th limits you to around 155-60 but 5th allows you to get up to around 168~ GPS confirmed, but the dash will simply read 160 and angrily flash at you. Once tuned a Speed RR is good for 190 or so but not sure how smart that is without a damper and as far as I know no one makes a damper for the RR. 😞

Man! This bike is one phenomenal beast!!! I'm still 5 -6 months from getting the Daytona 660 as my first bike, I remember you mentioned you were getting a Daytona as a temporary bike when you get your Trident serviced. How did it go?

Hey, I've been watching your videos as the sound is so addictive. I also have a Trident with the Zard exhaust. I will soon be looking for an upgrade. Can you tell me if this system on your Speed Triple is louder (catless?) and what you think of the tone of racefit compared to Zard?

Thank you so much mate! The exhaust on the Speed Triple is definitely louder and I don’t think you can go wrong with either zard or Racefit for any triumph bikes. And yeah the speed triple is a full custom system with no cat or db killer. As for which I prefer that’s a tough choice. If you were getting a speed triple I’d say go with Racefit. If you were upgrading to something like a street triple I’d say that’s a really tough choice. I’m looking at upgrading the trident to a street triple and I can’t decide which exhaust to get.
