Looking into a Raptor 660. Seems like it might be too much bike for trails? Had a yz450f with this problem. Very brappy and fast. Also have a Honda Rubicon. Like the look of Raptors very much

from what i've learned the 700r's aren't too much for trails. They are mostly just torque, a lot of people have said they feel like a 400 with a bunch of torque. I'm not too sure on the 660's though

The raptors are low end torque monsters. In stock form they are great trail machines. Raptor 700 is definitely my sport quad choice for trails.

How do u like the raptor?? Im concerned about how top heavy they are I rode a 660 raptor when they first came out and didn’t really care for it but i had a 2005 yfz450r i flat tracked for a while than took it back to mx and did trails and hill climbs and it didn’t do so great on trails it beats u up real bad i sold it and looking for something new

The raptor is a little top heavy compared to the yxz. After putting some time on the raptor it’s something you get a feel for and it isn’t as noticeable. I love it for trail riding and wouldn’t have anything else.

Which trail system are you riding? I wanna ride Hatfield McCoy just need to find a spot to park my self sufficient trailer for a night or two. Any recommendations

This video was a mix of pinnacle and Indian ridge. I’m not real sure on parking for something like that tho.

Look into Ashland resorts, they have Everything from where You can set up a tent to a cabin with a hot tub & everything in between.

@@WvTrailN its just an enclosed trailer 16 ft that just converts once the x3 is out.. It's self sufficient like that little overnight camper you made 😁👍

That sounds like a cool setup. I’d think most camp grounds would be fine with something like that. I have a 16’ and have thought about doin the same thing. I sold the small one I had.
