Why so little Esbit fuel tabs & food, is ther so many places to shop that along the way ? I am used to carry kg of food ! What about water ? 600g for a sleeping bag sounds light what is the temperature limits ? If you kick off in this automn it might be under -5 often right ?

With 50K per day, you cross way more places for food and water than a regular hikers (I was trippling stages). So you don't have to worry as much about it.
