FAST & PRISTINE Otis Elevonic 401 Traction Elevators at North Point Tower in Cleveland, OH

Unfortunately, when I came to Cleveland, I was unable to make it into 200 Public Square (aka Otis Wonderland as ‎@neohelevators calls it) as that building has turnstiles and I had nobody that could let me in and I got denied access when I talked to the guards there. I was pretty bummed about that as those Elevonic 401s are located in Cleveland's SECOND Tallest building, and they still feature the VERY RARE Grandpa Voice which is something I haven't heard in person since riding the Marriott Marquis Elevators back in 2011, and it would've been a great addition & first for my channel among the others I had during this trip.
That being said however, thanks to ‎@brandon9685 for finding these elevators originally and tracking these down, I still got to have some Elevonic 401 fun on this trip!
Even though these elevators may not be the tallest, fastest or oldest 401s I've been on nor do they have the High Pitched chimes, I DO love these elevators a lot!
These elevators go 800 FPM for 19 FLOORS which is INSANELY FAST for the amount of floors, and that combined with the amount of elevators in each bank equals EXCELLENT Elevator Service! Not to mention the Series 1 fixtures are in EXCELLENT Condition, the Custom 3D Series 1 Lanterns are SUPER COOL and combined with the BEAUTIFUL Ultra Modern Cabs, these elevators are aging like the FINEST of wine and they shouldn't need to be Modernized ANYTIME soon!
Even though I've been on better 401s than these, Elevonic 401s are always both nostalgic and a ton of fun to ride REGARDLESS of the amount of floors they serve, and you truly can never go wrong with them!

This place was cool. Liked these a lot as well. I didn’t get a great video though cause I was worried about getting busted since there was a sign saying ‘check in with the guard.’ lol. I definitely would like to get a good video of some E401’s sometime though and hopefully these are still original for awhile.

I didn't talk to them when I was here. I walked straight to the elevators when I went to the building and I acted like the I was coming into work

When I went here I asked them and they let me ride them. I still had to sign in though.
