I use Photo Mechanic to select those for editing and mark them with a 'star'. Import those in LRC. Select synch and auto adjust all of them. Scroll thought the photos quickly in case the Auto function did over / under adjustment. Export to Photo Mechanic to add captions and then send the via the ftp software to the agency.

Why did you stop using adobe products.
@NikCan6610 күн бұрын
@MrIowahawks77 prefer to buy an item once and not have issues with compatibility which I had with Adobe.

@ I have a hell Of a time with the whole saving and folders/catalogs. It needs to be more simple to run. The exporting sucks too

It’s been a year since photomechanic announced that they are going to the subscription model rather than pay once own it for life. So that advantage is no more

I've tried to use LR in my workflow but I just cannot get it to work for me pitch-side. I import images into Photo Mechanic. Edit images in Camera RAW editor, open in Photoshop and run an action which saves a full res image and closes the file. I have a separate tab open in PM which shows the full res edits. I FTP these images. I also have a save-as preset for social media/watermarked images which go to PCloud.
