Perhaps we can only play no more than 1% of Peter's phrase, but seeing him filled with a joyful heart and we are kind of sharing the joy of a virtuoso master who so generously shares his secret to his musical journey.

I'm still in the Beginner phase, and have no expectations about playing jazz. But I' getting serious about my practice time, and this was invaluable. I like the fact that Peter sings, since my voice is not that great. But I have to start. Mads might want to watch my video about exercises and treatments for the low back and upper extremity. This is so helpful for me! I'd love to have a 10-minute workout series with even more ideas. I've got three kids and two businesses. Small bites of practice are all I get a lot of times. If I could pick from a list of 10-minute things to mess with and go, that would feel so much more productive.

Nice. For me, I watched you play the second chord, a minor chord that's a tritone above the root and the fifth on the bottom. As I move around between keys, It's easy to see if I'm playing the correct chord. Love it. I think to logically too improvise well, but having perfect pitch and knowing where to go is fun :-) Thanks.

@brucejeric6701 LOL You have a good sense of humor. But I do see it now. Play the Cdim half-whole scale first (C Db Eb E Gb G A Bb C) just to understand it. Then play it again , adding a minor 3rd (I believe). So C-Eb, Db-E, Eb-Gb, E-G, etc.). Gosh I hope I'm right. 😅

Very hard to understand what you are saying with you playing at same time. I guess I have hearing problems. I’m very old and it’s frustrating. Pain in the ass!!! I’ve never heard a response from you or your team on any questions or comment, so this probably isn’t worth writing? But I am anyway. I will try to figure out your 10 minute practice routine best I can. Be interesting to hear what all scale ideas yoh use over your blues time? I can see and hear it’s not all straight minor blues scales. So you mix things up nicely. I like it!! And your lines are nice but to fast to copy. You might take us through just one line slowly sometime and explain the theory and execution

@@brucejeric6701 man, all this tech stuff comes with so many downsides. But the upsides are even more 😉 I‘m half around the world from St. Louis and get lessons by my favorite piano teachers as often as I want not to mention the plethora of knowledge which is on KZbin (often hidden beneath a pile of sh**, I‘ll give you this …) You can also slow KZbin vids down 😊 get one of your grandchildren or one if your neighbors to break it down for you, I promise it’s worth the investment! Cheers!

@@brucejeric6701 If you are watching on the computer, then at the bottom right of the video there should be a bunch of icons, one of them is a white rectangle with the letters "CC" in, meaning closed captions.
