I bought the Colt 5.5" SAA45, and the Sheridan "Cowboy" 7.5" (also known as the Remington 1875). Both developed faults after less than a year, and were replaced. The Sheridan is a larger pistol, with a much heftier grip, suitable for bigger hands, NOT suitable for small hands. I like all the six-shooters, available today (in pellet format) including the Schofield No.3. .

I have this gun but it has a problem with it. It won’t let me shoot until I let a bullet slip out a little and then but it back in. It can’t fan and I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this

You should never fan the Umarex Colts SAA Peacemaker's or Ace in the Hole. Like the original powder burner. You Will Damage the Gun. It will cause premature wear breakage of springs throw the timing out and dammage the immer barrel. In real life no one ever fanned their gun in the old west because it does cause premature wear and breakage as well there is the very real possibility it will throw the timming off the gun with fire when the chamber is Not lined up with the Cylender causing the Gun to Explode. The only time any gun twerling and fanning was e er done was at shooting exhibitions and wild west shows. The guns were custom made and all.ammunition was Half Loads in order to minimize risks. In the entire history of Canada and the United States of America there were no more then half a dozen witnessed and recorded one on one gunfights. Majority of gunfights in the old west was back shooting by ambush and someone would pull a gun and shoot during a drunken fight in a saloon. These are proven documented historical Facts. Also proven documented historical fact there were No low slung holsters there were No fast draw holster in the Old West ( 19th century) these were in emotions of dime no else and Hollywood movies. Low skiing holsters didnt start till the 20th century The Buscadaro rigs ( holster that hing low on cartridge belt instead of hi and gst draw) were Not Invented untill 1920 as a direct result from dime novels and western movies the first western in 1899 called Kidnapped by Indians the second in 1903 called the Great Train Robbery these are Akso Proven Tecorded Hostorical Facts.
