tbf that's fancy when you're only used to going to Taco Bell lol. Over here in England there's almost no Mexican food scene outside of London, it's like we have every other major cuisine BUT Mexican. Eventually after a teenagehood of Taco Bell (which is still fire for some good old 2AM drunk monch) I just decided to say fuck it and follow a recipe for myself and make some (outside of making the tortillas because fuck that) and actually doing your own real tacos is a game changer
