It's actually very a simple fix. You can use the "Add Shader" node and then plug in your sandy material in one socket and this caustics into the other socket. And you'll instantly have caustics on top of the sandy material.

yeah cool but how can i do this thing on an object that already have a texture like sand, because want to make a underwater sea animation and i need to "apply" this effect to a plane that have a sand texture

Thanks! That's actually very simple to implement. If you already have a sand material shader, you can simply create this material within the same material and then use an "Add shader" node. Use the sand shader in the first socket and this in the second socket. Plug the output into the material output and you'll have these caustics on top of whatever original sand material you created. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Yes definitely! You can use any character. You'll have to ensure that you add on the caustics shader into the character's shader and it'll work.

How can you make it transparent?

If you want it to be transparent with just the light and no other material, you can simply use a transparent BSDF instead of the other material in the final mix shader node. You will have to switch on transparency in EEVEE, which can be done from material settings. The blend mode will have to be alpha blend or alpha hashed.
