अब तो बहुत सारी दुकान हो गई है, आज से 22 साल पहले जब मैं रहता था तब डोसा ज़्यादा मिलता था, मिलन स्वीट्स, बिनाका होटल, केरला ओल्ड और न्यू होटल थे, समोसा मेरे स्कूल के पास पाल की दुकान थी वहां पर मिलता था। Sweet memories from my Lovable city,my school days city, i miss the city and my friends also.

Set Dosai is very common in South India. Even if we prepare normal dosa batter we add poha in that. It gives good texture to Dosa. Soft from inside and crispy from outside. Though I am from Bihar but I appreciate and admire all the food culture of India. You always come up with something which is ignored. Thank you 🙏

Bhaja word is very much used in Bengali. My dad was in MP Chirimiri ( now Chattisgarh).My bade Papa's family is settled there.There r many Bengalis settled in MP and Chhattisgarh. So even in language you will find a bit Bengali touch like Bhaja. And definitely one will get Bengali sweets. Even Telegu , Tamil and Malayali people have migrated to these places in 50s and 60s.So in states like Jharkhand ,West Bengal ,MP, Chattisgarh one can easily find South Indian delicacies.
