Yes. I like Anubhav Sapra's channel because he gives many food experiences within one episode, almost all his episodes show good food and where the food isn't good Anubhav ji tells us honestly that it isn't very remarkable; Anubhav talks to rich and poor very politely and in fact mingles in all with a natural empathy and spontainty; his camera work and aesthetic sense are excellent and I watched his north-eastern videos more for their scenic views than for the food which has a great cultural shift from from our Western UP and Haryana side food. Anubhav's food analysis is incisive too and he isn't offended when someone corrects him like a chaatwaala in Kanupur told him not to mix chaat before eating it. Anubhav also likes all cultures and his channel offers a panoramic plus individual view of myriad cultural food traditions of India as well as various cultural norms, various ways people think in different regions of India. A great channel Anubhav, keep up the good work.

Everything,.. From the making, to serving, to describing all about it, was great... The aroma of samosas being fried, the technicality in making ghewar, the precision in forming laddoos, the serving of mouth watering soft dahi bhalla or that of crispy tikki chole was all 👌 Yes, though the last joint was also good, the best was the dinner served at home ! I was born in Kaithal and never ever thought that one day someone will explore Kaithal’s food. My ancestral home is in mohalla Malikpuria which is near Jamman dahi bhale wala shop. You missed Nath sweet shop and all the stuff they sell is of very high quality I’m wondering how come your local guide missed that.
