Fastest Milk Cake recipe ever - make it in about 5 minutes

Video shares the fastest easiest way to make homemade milk cake mithai!!! Certified to be easy, even dads can make it!!! Enjoy during Diwali or any other festival time!
Ingredients:
Melted ghee or unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
Milk powder - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ricotta cheese - 1 cup
Cardamom powder sprinkle
Step1 - Mix all ingredients except cardamom
Step2 - 2-3 min Microwave then mix
Step3 - 1.5 - 2 min Microwave then mix
Step 4 - 2 min Microwave but do not mix
Step 5 - if watery, 1 min Microwave
Step 6 - sprinkle cardamom
Step 7 - after it cools down, cut into rectangular pieces and serve
