Hmmm- for some reason I've been able to fly at altitude without the OBOGS switch turned on! Why do you think this is?

@@smartalec84 I seen that switch on every checklist I've came across. Maybe it isn't modeled yet but its still on those list for the realism

why can't you start with the apu and the engines doing the rest while taxiing? wouldn't you save about a min that way?

Great question! The INS (inertial navigation system) needs to be completely still during alignment and boot-up. The parking brake must be on, and the jet must remain still, otherwise the jet's navigation "brain" won't know where it is in the world.

@@smartalec84 is that nessecary for basic flight controls? i was thinking to tell the computer the jet was in limb home mode on one engine i mean the jet must have a way to compensate for misinformation to the system hasn't it?
