For bankai i recommend get Wind Element and have 40 strength and 450 vitality + Renji Shikai/False Ichigo Shikai/Kenpachi Shikai/ or something that can do 4 m1s Cosmetic in like around 10-20 minutes u have Bankai, If u cant beat bankai with that build then thats Skill Issue

It's not hard, get lightning, get like 150 vitality and no other stats, equipment only shikai moves and then just fight but make sure to corner camp

you might see the limit break thing in your stats thingy, in that case just (if you're a soul reaper) slay hollows and you'll be able to active the limit break thing eventually. to try increasing your stats past limit break you could ask herupa who usually hangs out near task boards and pay him to attune your stats (50 yen). if you managed to complete a task after you've paid herupa your stats should increase largely, cmiiw though

Max your stats then a limitbreak bar will show up. Then do quests and talk to npcs to increase the limitbreak bar until it is full
