​@@AMV12Soh I need to think at my T5 wich I drove in the army. 1.9tdi with 105hp... No torque until you name it the turbo did something. To counter that they geared the first gear to maybe 20kph. They need displacement and an turbo. A small turbo.

Talking from experience (Manager of an engineering company that run Transits for 10 years) we’ve had no issues with belts. The reason we picked the Transits was trade in value. They hold money better over 3-5 years and don’t tend to completely fall apart (Merc and VW excluded). The reason we don’t run Mercs or VW was down to average expense of service and repair. Also trying to get them booked in at a dealer for service or repair usually resulted in a 4-6 week wait.

As far as i know this ford is using a VAG group engine now, so pretty much the same one as VW uses. They are working toghether with VAG on vans
