Just got back from Vegas. Never had a hand pay. Had to try after watching this video on 10/28. About $150 in and I hit the jackpot. Went back on 10/29 and hit it again after $180 in. The progressive meter moves at 1.5 cents per spin at the $1 coin level, 3 cents at $2, and 7.5 cents at $5. Pictured here are two machines with progressives at $1003.27 and $1005.77. This means it's been 218 spins ($654 total bets) and 384 spins ($1152 total bets) since those two machines last hit. Even though it's just barely above $1000, it still has been a significant number of spins. This machine is not as close to a guarantee as presented in the video intro but is certainly one of the better ones to play to chew up coin-in for comps and occasionally hit for a good amount compared to most others. Just be prepared, there may be runs where this thing doesn't hit in over 1000 spins and can chew up a bankroll. It's not as easy as it can appear in these videos. Good video though!

Considering one of those machines hit for them in the video and 200 spins isn't a lot of coin-in on a low volatility machine then it's pretty decent. I mean they are still slot machines and I have lost on these specific machines before usually because I'm in a bad mood after walking through the MGM Grand but I would imagine their RTP is pretty similar to the old coin in days.

@@89Johneboy no real counter tips beyond learning what you prefer with different types of volatility levels on games. Low volatility games (like the one in this video) can be boring for some but make your money last longer. High-vol games can be more exciting but chew you up faster. You're in a losing environment -- a casino -- so you're going to lose long-term anyway. Just need to find a way to have the most fun while you play. Must-hit-by games can be fine but your payback % is going to be slightly lower since some of that money needs to go towards feeding the progressive. If you can find a must-hit-by machine that's close to hitting, it can often be a guaranteed win... they're just really hard to find in this state.
