A good item you can use to trade for binding corruption are brilliant gems because there not that hard to get you can get 10 binding corruption per brilliant gem .

Sky whale is more rare than the other events, Although I don't exactly know the number, It would be the chances of a event is 30% each for the moon events and 10% for the sky whale. (guessing numbers)
