I also think it's worth noting that currently you can get a bunch of 380 pies (like rings, trinkets, belt ect) by doing the time walking dungeons. Not challenging at all and after a few runs you should have enough badges to fill out those slots

Running time walking dungeons is a great way to get geared. If you're not 120 yet ask party members for the ilvl 335 gear that dropped and you can stash is away for when you hit 120!

not sure if this is 100% fact but i tried it out and seems to hold kind of true, now i didn't get gear on every boss but i did get 2 of the 3 bosses to drop gear, so you might be wondering well how did you do that. One the re-roll tokens are super important, and when i was 320 i went directly to raid finder be for anything else. so gl and enjoy.
