It is infinitely faster to fulton extract each child soldier. You get half the demon points lost, but you could have completed the mission three times and then some in the time it took you to do this.

Extra pro tip Use the sleep grande on the pile of sleeping kids so the effect will last a little extra longer ( because as long as the gas is there the time will restart over and over) and also get to save some extra time

Here’s a better tip, instead of wasting your bullets when tranqing them at 1:04, individually kick them to wake them up (yes I know this doesn’t sound right) then hold a gun to their body, the kids (and any soldier in general) will put their hands to their head, and will remain that way until a combat alert happens or another guard/kid finds them and helps them up

There is another way to get heroism points. You have to wound enemies and then use the wormhole extraction device to get them to your base. With this you will gain 30 heroism points per an enemy. (DO NOT USE THE FULTON EXTRACTION DEVICE CAUSE THE SHOCK FROM THE FULTON WILL KILL THE WOUNDED SOLDIER)

I know right makes no sense I got that blood after making Nuke and destroying it to get achievement took me 6 days from refuge rescue to get rid of that silly blood for good I can Now once again enjoy a cool shower system that feels great to use it after a long operation :) I wish mother base was also an area to train my combat unit shame it is only good for showering after all the shit I build

I think the idea is that the blood is supposed to symbolize boss accepting that he is a killer. Before then you wash off the blood whenever it gets on you because it grosses you out, it's unsanitary, and it reminds you of what you've done. Now that you've devoted you're self to a life of killing, snake gives up on removing the blood. He has killed so many, that washing away their physical remains won't change anything, It's still metaphorically there. That being said I agree the game shouldn't give you this punishment for just killing in general. Some missions even advocate it. and quite frankly using the non lethal weapons tends to be more frustrating and less fun because they are so much harder to be effective with. I haven't got demon snake yet, but I'm 14% through the game and already the horn is getting way too big. The demon should only be activated by plot decisions. (Killing quiet, building the nuke, etc.) Not by doing what is justifiable and necessary at some points.

There is also way faster way to remove that silly shit in Fob online mission there is a mission call refuge rescue which takes you 6 days to finish and 55 percent to lose your deployed highest ranking staff but it will get rid of the blood for good

I have one issue with your playthrough. You don't take time into consideration. Yes, helicopter extraction doubles the demon points you use but there's no point if you take so much time that you're already in your third mission if you had fultoned the children. You need to know when to not fulton and when to fulton.

just develop guilty butterfly for quiet and use tranquilizer weapon instead of lethal one yourself (riot smg and some sleeping sniper) and stop killing people, that should keep you from being a demon. i stop killing after mission 18 (only a few thats required like eliminating tank unit that i wont extract him due to low skills)

bryon reed Oh my god. When I beat the game, a a few years ago, I had a heart attack. I would always wash snake off after a mission. One day he was still covered in blood. I thought it was a glitch, I guess it was not. I never built nukes though, just killed a lot of soldiers I guess.

Kind of like the same thing happen to me, i used to play with staff memebers a lot, then one day i decided to play as snake ,but he was all covered in blood (fucker look like a used tampon) so i washed the fucker like a 100 times, i thought to myself that it was a glitch until i found out in a forum that it was part of the game, i was really pissed that they give us all of this badass weapons only to punish us for using them, i ended up doing this mission like a hundred times but it didn't come off so i did this combat deployment mission in which i you save some refugees and got snake back to normal, it was one hell of a nightmare lmao
