You have two options: First, consider resigning and seeking new opportunities ONLY IF you have a six-month financial safety net (for example, if your monthly earnings are $1K, ensure you have $6K in savings). Second, (I prefer this), stay at your current job and use this time to prepare for a transition to a better company.
