Nice video. If you have a problem of overthinking negative thoughts do the below given simple practice daily. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media--news channels and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils and within the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit straight on a chair or lay down anywhere, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, when walking, at the workplace etc, Best wishes--Counsellor.

Which totally destroyed me from inside and made to question about my existence. Yep bro ! I used to overthink alot As soon as I started working out It reduced and recently I took a month break from working out and I started having anxiety issues. I will resume my workout from tomorrow.

You can also try negative journaling practice. You can also call it your brain dump. Negative journaling is about breaking negative thought patterns by following them back to their source.

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
