Nice video. If you have a problem of overthinking negative thoughts do the below given simple practice daily. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media--news channels and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils and within the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit straight on a chair or lay down anywhere, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, when walking, at the workplace etc, Best wishes--Counsellor.

@@user-gaetjhe Detox the mind. Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I don't usually comment on a video. But this made to that. I can't tell how much beneficial this was for me. I have been suffering from this 'overthinking of future cum depression" stuff. Which totally destroyed me from inside and made to question about my existence. But now I am pretty confident that it's not gonna be anymore form now. ~just said what I felt ( because I know that I'm not alone , there must be someone else who can relate and change themselve)

The Power Of Now" is a great book to read if u want to live in the present moment. There are so many ideas and ways given in the book which open our mind and heal it. I recommend from the bottom of my heart❤️ to read this book because reading helps to remember longer
