I noticed a blow out of the fastfoot at 1:38 above pvc drain pipe. Is that because the fastfoot was opened up for the pipe to pass through or was there a different issue at hand that caused this blowout. I am interested because I am possibly looking at this same process of monolithic pour.

When we put pipes through the footing we cut it vertically, and slide the pipe through. A bit of concrete will come out of the bag until it is sealed by the concrete. The contractor just made his vertical cut too large, but this really isn't a blow out. You can cut the bag vertically all you want, its just horizontal cuts more than 4" are not ideal.
