kya bakwaas hai, Babana se bahot jaja weight gain hota hai. Aur most of jitna bhi batay hai uss se bahot acha weight gain hota hai. Ha agar naam ke lea kha liya tou, koi baat nahi. Endomorph body types ke lea tou bilkul nahi hai. Grains choor ke lean Meat aur vegetables khao wo bhi moderation mein. Phir hoga weight loss. Sugar wali cheez bilkul choorna hoga cahe wo fruits kyu na ho.

Ye myth hain ki kele se vajan badhta hain . Depend karta hain ki Kela aap kis samay par kha Rahe hain aur kitni quantity mein kha Rahe hain. Din mein ek Kela khane se vajan nahi badh jata.

@@ravisharma1821 aapke height aur weight ke hisab se jitni daily calorie need s hain usase jyada khana padega. Wahi dal ,chawal,roti ,sabji, Malai Wali dahi, Kela,dudh,ghee,salad,fruits,dry fruits jitna bhi aap afford kar sakte ho balanced khana khana hain, aur inme se sab kuchh afford nahi kar sakte to dal chawal ,roti ,sabji to lagbhag sabhi khate hain to bas uski quantity thodi jyada rakhni hain khane mein. Sath mein execercise aur dinbhar mein 10-12 glass pani. Aaram se weight badhega. Jyada fried chije aur fast food avoid karna chahiye. Aur specially apne roj ke normal khane ke sath ghar ke bane 1 katori Malai wale dahi aur 2 Kele daily khane se healthy weight badhega. Maine apna weight badhaya tha isase.
