I used to blame my family as they always eat dinner before 6 - 7 pm (around 6pm in winters or maybe early) and my friends used to eat dinner at 10 -11pm. I used to consider my parents as "uncool parents". Now I feel guilty. Today those friends of mine are suffering from pcos/ pcod/ baldness. I will send this video rn. Age is not just a number. It took me a whole teenage years to adulthood to understand what my parents had it in their minds when it comes down to not eating after sunset. @@gaurivguttal4468 I am following a simple rule, 9.30am warm water, 10am veg juice either lauki or celery, when I am next hungry I pick up a fruit specially berries or apples as they are helpful in weight loss, next would be lunch which I keep it simple homemade food with less oil, basically bajra roti (dont eat chapati), sabji and salad sometimes rice and dal. I normally have lunch around 1pm. Dinner would be at 5 pm which is again whatever is cooked at home for dinner. The main thing is portion control, eat everything but in moderation and try to cut down any packet food/processed food. Not to mention, I have days when I feel like eating packet food which is not healthy but I eat in moderation during that 16 hours, bcz If I am strict on myself I will loose the motivation. I lost 7 kgs in 4 weeks following it. I do 30 mins walking everyday.

So in 2018 i am just scrolling on youtube and I found this video... I watched it ... and decided to follow it... I am not obesse that time (my weight 55kg ) but actually a little healthy with major health issue like asthma , skin issue , unable to do any physical activity, that time my age was 19 yrs only.. so I am not followed any diet but intermittent fasting... That was turning point for me... it took lots of patience... starting days was very hard but gradually my body accept it.. it actually help me in fat loss not in weight loss I actually want a right shaped body with no healty issue.. and in 2020 I achieved it with help of intermittent fasting and exercise ... and now its part of my life.. so thanks to this channel ..

At my home, We're practicing this for the last 4 years. It feels like we lost aging. Didn't even gain lil weight in couple of years. My mom dropped B.P. medicine 💊 which she was taking regularly since 8-9 years. People get surprised when they come to know that we finish our dinner before 6 p.m. And it get digest before we go to sleep. No digestion problem, no constipation, no stomach ache, energy level is good. We avoid junk food🍦🍰🍟, We are vegetarian 🥦🥕🌽 We skipped dairy products which is basically animal food. Go for plant 🌱 based food. No animal milk 🥛should be consumed. Still, there are lot of tasty and healthy options.😊

मैने इस उपवास के महत्व को बहोत जगहों से सुनकर ये ट्राय किया. और ये सचमुच फायदेमंद है. करने के बाद पता चलता है. सिर्फ एकादशी के 24 घंटे के उपवास मे शुरुवात मे थोडी दिक्कत हुई. लेकिन अब मै 24 घंटे तक पाहोच गयी हू. ये सच मे करना चाहिये. खाने का ऑबसेशन भी कंट्रोल मे रहता है.

This absolutely works.I have RA and I am taking medicine for it.I started 16 hrs fast since June 1st. Its been almost 10 weeks and I have lost 3 kgs. But more importantly all my blood tests and inflammatory markers are now in normal range. I also take Petha juice in morning when I can along with other juices. Its amazing. I am walking more and doing yoga in morning. I never thought I will be able to continue this long but it got easier & easier as days went by. Thank you Satvic movement. You are doing gods work.

I slip off the fasting or juice routine sometimes, specially during festival season or vacation but Ibfeel the bad effects right away. Lot of thanks Sabah Didi for this useful video. Since last 20 years I was suffering from Acidity, gas trouble, belching. Even I had to be hospitalised many times. But after watching your video telling the proper method of eating, 16 hours fasting, I adopted it. I am glad and thankful to tell you that I am quite well now. No medicines even prescribed by MD doctors could help me; it was your video that helped me a lot and I am almost fine now. Due to service I had to eat three times a day as per time and not my hunger, and that was the cause of problem. Change in eating habits as told by you changed my life. I have shared your videos to similar persons having gases, acidity and they are also getting rid of the trouble. Thanks 😊

@@maninderkaur740 The diet is the same which I used to have earlier to 16 hours fasting i.e. in morning I take tea and if needed a banana or an apple and at 12 noon I eat one and half Chapatis or a Jawar roti with any vegetable cooked, some times curd. In Maharashtra, Jawar Roti or wheat Chapatis are eaten with vegetables cooked as available. I take my dinner at about 8- 8.30 p.m. Instead of three times, now I eat two times only and nothing intermittently.

So In 15 days around 1.5kgs. happy to see the 5th Jan - 71.7 kgs 9th Jan -71.7kgs 10th Jan - 71.7kgs 14th Jan - 71.2 kgs 15th Jan - 71.1kgs 16th Jan - 70.9kgs 17th Jan - 70.7kgs I was off diet sso on 20th jan i m 70.9kgs 28th Jan - 70.9 , due to parties 30th Jan - 70.5 31st Jan - 70.2kgs

I have recently started doing this intermittent fasting by doing dinner at 8.30 pm and breakfast next day at 12 30 pm.But being a tea lover I take tea in night around 11pm and next day around 11am.So from 14 hrs fasting view it is 1tea and from 16 hrs fasting view it is 2 tea. Kindly guide me can I continue like this with slight drawbacks. I am diabetic and do lot of exercise,pranayam and brisk walking.Although i want to give up all my sugar medicine ,with all this I could cut my medicine by only 50%.So many people have said about intermittent fasting, but your manner of talking and matter is highly convincing and effective.Lot many thanks,shall be highly grateful if you can say a few words

I have studied and watched a lot of videos about intermittent fasting. So far I only found that this is good for body cleaning and improves overall health and helps in fat loss as well. This sounds logical and as or our body processing. However, I am always afraid to start this for myself as I am slim and to great extent healthy as well. I am doubtful if I try this and I might got even skinner and look weak and drained out. I don't want to look like this. I can do fasting easily as I don't have constant eating habit and hardly eat food outside or junk food. But still just afraid to try it on myself. I don't want to loose fat. 😔

Our God has also blessed Hindu's with fasting on shrawan month, Hindu's are also doing 2 fast on ekdashi in every month...!!
