Really great video! I was able to relive every moment. I liked how I said I was never worried about missing the boat, when the shirt soaked in sweat might lead you to believe otherwise!

Nah, anyone that knows you, knows your shirt is always soaked :). Glad you liked it. We need you in more of our videos to liven them up!

Another amazing video! I point of contention: The "sea planes" wouldn't only be Alaska. You and I saw one land on the lake in U.P. Wisconsin in the summer of 92 or 93, I believe! 😜

Thanks for watching. I was really referring to having a specific area of the airport dedicated to float planes. What a great reminder of our trip to WI though. Thanks for that!

Great video - thanks for all the great information. Did you camp on the spit, and if so did you prebook a campsite?
@AlaskanRamTravelAdventures16 күн бұрын
We did not camp on the spit. Because we had family visiting us at that time, we felt like we needed full hook-ups but didn't book far enough in advance to get a site on the spit with hook-ups. We stayed at Ocean Shores RV Park in town. It was expensive and the RVs are packed in there like sardines. It wasn't our favorite place we have ever stayed, but we were out exploring most of the time anyway, and didn't spend a lot of time at the camper. We would say it was a typical Alaskan RV park.
